Everything about our entrance rugs — in one place.
On top — loop pile made of polypropylene about 1 cm high. Dense, durable fibre that does not flatten or fade. Underneath — anti-slip rubber-granule backing that holds the rug. Total thickness — about 5 mm.
On any even surface: laminate, parquet, linoleum, ceramic tiles, bathroom tiles. The anti-slip backing also works on smooth tiles. We do not recommend it on carpet — the backing does not hold there.
No. The anti-slip backing of textured rubber granules holds the rug firmly to the floor — even if you stamp shoes off vigorously or step on it with wet feet. It does not shift and does not lift at the corners.
Yes — that is our key advantage. Standard shapes: rectangle, rounded corners. For unusual cases (cut-outs under furniture legs, L-shape for the hallway, recess around a radiator or wall corner) — send a sketch or photo with measurements, we cut exactly for your space.
Match floor and walls. White (cream) — for light Scandinavian interiors, makes the room look larger. Grey — the most universal, fits almost everywhere and shows dirt the least. Brown — warm, harmonises with oak parquet and laminate.
Day to day — vacuum or brush. For deep cleaning the easiest is to wash under the shower with a soft brush and mild cleaner, then dry flat. In the machine — only small sizes (up to 80×60 cm), gentle cycle, up to 30 °C, without spin.
Yes. Polypropylene is a hypoallergenic fibre: it does not absorb moisture, so mites and microorganisms do not develop there. Unlike high pile, the loop rug collects little dust and is easy to wash. Odourless and without harmful substances.
Average lifespan — 2–3 years with daily use. The loop pile has a closed structure (the fibres do not “unravel”) — resistant to flattening even in traffic zones. The colour does not fade in the sun and does not yellow over time.
