Exchange and returns

You can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or our error.

Conditions for exchange and returns

  • Only products with a manufacturing defect or that do not match the order can be exchanged or returned.
  • Made-to-measure items to your parameters (length, width, shape) are not exchangeable or returnable unless there is a defect.
  • The product must be in its original condition — labels intact, no signs of use or damage.
  • For requests, contact us via the “Contact” section or by phone on the numbers given.

How to return a product

Contact a team member to confirm whether exchange or return is possible.

After confirmation, send the product to our address via the courier of your choice.

Within 7 days of receipt you can use the simplified returns service if it is available for your delivery method.

When returning or exchanging a product in perfect condition, Claritex does not cover shipping / return costs.

If you received a defective item

If the product has visible damage, defects or does not match your order — we will make and send a new product free of charge. The defective product is returned for inspection.

Refund

  • After receipt we check the condition of the product.
  • The refund or exchange for another product takes place within 10 working days of receiving the parcel.

Refund method

  • For payment by card online — funds are returned to the same card.
  • For payment via PayPal — refund to the PayPal account used.
