Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Irish consumer protection law and Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement by email to:

The withdrawal deadline is met if the communication is sent before the 14-day period has expired.
Custom-Made Products
Products manufactured according to the dimensions provided by the customer may also be returned within 14 days.
The product must be:

• unused
• in perfect condition
• properly packaged for transport

The seller will inspect the condition of the product upon receipt.
Return Procedure
After notifying the intention to withdraw, the product must be sent to:

The product must be dispatched within 14 days after notification.
The customer is responsible for ensuring secure and appropriate packaging.
Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must notify the seller immediately and provide photographic evidence.

• Once the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or refunded.
